Correction “Block Out” Label is also known as surcharge label or cover label It is a type of label which is frequently being preferred for price and information changes or to cover wrong prints due to market conditions.
The upper surface of the correction labels (Surcharged Label) can be coated or thermal, the back surface is painted black and has a very strong adhesive. In this way, the wrong printing situation is corrected by closing the bottom printing completely. It is widely used as a price change tag. It should be used when the old price is not desired to appear in case of a discount.
It is pretty much used in merchandising sector. It is used to close the label at the bottom during the revision of old prices.
